Welcome to Coral Collectionz. We want shopping with us to be simple, transparent and enjoyable. The following policies explain how we handle orders, delivery, returns, privacy and use of our website.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently offer delivery within the UK.
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20.
Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail and normally arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier or postal delays.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@coralcollectionz.co.uk.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & 30-DAY SCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to enjoy the fragrances you purchase from Coral Collectionz.
Eligible fragrance purchases are covered by our 30-Day Scent Satisfaction Guarantee — love it or your money back.
You may lightly test your fragrance to decide whether it is right for you. Products that have been substantially used, emptied or nearly emptied are not eligible for a refund under our voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee.
Standalone Free Tester orders are excluded from the voluntary 30-Day Scent Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@coralcollectionz.co.uk.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it before shipment.
For online purchases, consumers may also have statutory cancellation rights. These rights are explained fully in our Returns & Refund Policy.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these policies limits your rights under UK consumer law.
FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER
Many Coral Collectionz fragrances are inspired by popular designer and luxury fragrances and are created to provide a similar scent experience.
Coral Collectionz is an independent fragrance business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with any designer brands or their manufacturers.
References to designer fragrances are used for scent comparison and descriptive purposes only. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours, packaging and presentation may occasionally appear slightly different depending on your device or updates to our packaging.
Where a product is sold as a curated assortment, such as the Signature Discovery Vault, the fragrances included may vary according to our current collection and availability.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£).
The total price payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to update our prices and promotions. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted at the agreed price.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Discounts, complimentary products, promotional offers and free-delivery promotions may be subject to specific terms, availability and promotional periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted under that promotion.
