1. Tester Orders
Our tester offers are provided to allow you to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-size purchase.
- Tester products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Hygiene & Safety
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used fragrance products.
This ensures all customers receive products that are safe and uncompromised.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Unopened Products (Full Size Only)
For full-size products (not testers):
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
6. Order Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by courier services
